Mend Worcester 280 Heating Boiler Control Board

Worcester 280 boiler will not operate?

New pcb control board fitted. Worked normally. When turned off, pump ran on for one hour before stopping. Boiler did not light when switched on next morning. Transformer on board feels warm. Any ideas what is wrong?

sounds like pump over run stat. situated on gas to water heat exchanger rhs.
