Mend Sylvania SRT2127S Remote Programming Tv

Program RCA Remote for Sylvania SRT2127S?

I recently got a RCA311W 3 in 1 remote from Walmart. And I am trying to program it to my TV which is a Sylvania SRT2127S. I have tried every code in the instructions but havent gotten any of them to work. Maybe I'm doing it wrong or something. I'm not sure. But can someone please tell me the code that makes the remote function fully with the TV?
