Mend Peugeot 206 Light Weeks Red

PEUGEOT 206 dash board warning light "STOP"?

Two weeks before I got red "STOP" sign plus oil indicater warning light just before ignition. Is this normal. If so why it didn't come upto current point.

why does my peugeot 206 sometimes wont start, my central locking wont work when this happens so i have to open my door with a key and i put my key in my ignition and a red warning light comes on and my wind screen wipes go up and down and my front head lights flash, it turns over but wont fire up, why is this it has been doin it for a while now

...yes this is normal, its just telling you not to start the engine before the engine management system is ready!
