Vauxhall Combo Haynes Diagram of Alternator replacement?

I need to take off and replace my alternator for vauxhall combo 1.7 deisel 53 plate
I would like to se a diagram of how to take it off

Have the same problem with my 02 vectra, take that black box of (its just a plug) Give it some lube and put it back, problem solved.

how do you know its not working , as I have an 02 combi van and my battery died , I was told maybe the relay is gone but cannot find it . However when I turned the key when the battery 1st died I got a clicking noise from the engin compartment , lifted the bonnet and found a clicking noise from a box on the passengers side in front of the battery, black box . Any ideas as do not want to replace the alternator when its somting else

finding a replacement alternator for my vauxhall combo 1.7 diesel 1998 is imposible can you help with part numbers as no numbers are on the one i have. thanks
