garage floor condensation?

If i lay some 7mm pvc floortiles in my sectional garage, will this help with the problem of excessive condensation?

The best way to avoid condensation is to provide ventilation.

It will help if the moisture is coming through the concrete raft as your tiles will act as a sort of vapour barrier. However if the roof is metal condensation will still form and drop down onto the floor.
