Does the Homelite gas chain saw have clutch?

Does the Homelite gas chain saw model 330 have clutch to disengage when starting it? The real problem is, the cord can't be pulled when you try to start it.

All chainsaws have a centrifugal clutch that starts the chain blade once you rev the machine up. It could be jamming but its unlikely. If you can pull the chain round by hand without much resistance the clutch is likely to be ok. Time to remove the side cover and see if the engine can be spun by hand.
