How do we stop the tamper button flashing?

Hello Richard, sounds like you have two problems here the flashing tamper is just a reminder that you have entered the required number of sets unsets on the panel as programmed by the engineer this flashing light can only be reset by the engineer code but in no way interfers with the system setting etc.
As for the alarm going off when you open the door? hmmmm a new one on me but perhaps somebody has wired the door contact round the wrong way? and the tamper crcuit is opening? does it indicate this on the panel when you go to reset it?
