Mend Mazda MX-3 Coming Front Steering

Whats this noise?

I have a mazda MX3 and there is a knocking noise coming from the front wheels when i turn the steering wheel.

Does anyone know who what is causing this

Your car is front wheel drive so it will be a CV joint that is knocking.

if its a front wheel drive one of your( cv) constant velocity joints has badly worn, replacement is your only option
