Mend Venturere DVD Player Portable Repair

My portable DVD player will not read DVDs?

My Venturere portable DVD player keeps coming up with 'no disc'.
I have used a DVD head/lens cleaner and same problem occurs.
Although it does plays music CDs but the track list is no longer on display.
How can I fix this?
