how do i adjust a headlamp on a ford focus?

assuming the bulb is seated properly adjustment is made by turning the plastic adjusting nuts probably marked - = side to side
| up and down this is the one you want find a dark wall push back 25-30 ft turn on lights and adjust light DOWN this method is only approximate if your mot is due just mention you think your light is a little high he/she will adjust for you(yep theres female mot testers out there now).
