my washer and dryer says check outlet pipe hotpoint wd72?

Hi,

We've had this a few times (after washing lots of towels and dog hair covered items!).

You need to take the back off and then take off the outlet pipe and check it. Follow the outlet pipe along very slightly and you'll see a black rubber tube kind of thing. If you take this off and check where it was connected you will probably find loads of gunk that needs removing.
