Mend Worcester Bosch 35CDI 11 RSF Boiler Leak Exchanger

worsester bosch 35cdi 11 rsf?

leak from water/water heat exchanger,from small pipe conection that holds the domestic hot water sensor.
This has a hex nut is it possable to tighten and seal?

Hi I have the same problem, changed the pump but now the hotwater exchanger is leaking from the small pipe, did you change it of repair it?
