Mend Baxi Solo 3 PFL Boiler Heating Circulation

The water pump runs all day?

Baxi Solo 3 PFL

The timers are set for morning and evening but the pump runs all day and all night, It is circulating warm water I assume being heated by the hot tank. I thought it over ran for a period until the water and boiler were cooled sufficiently.
Anyone suggest which component is most likely to be faulty
