i have had my laptop for almost 5 years. Recently when am on the net, it just shuts itself off. I restart, sometimes it shuts off when restarting. I t also shuts down several times during use.
dodgy battery!! hi, it sounds like you are having the same problem 1 of my customers had, her laptop was doing the same as yours, when i checked it at her house it worked fine for about 10mins, then it cut off (shut down) we then restarted it, and then it wouldnt charge, i put a new battery in it, now it charges and hasnt shut down once yet (not to my knowledge anyway) thanks craig!!
