how can i fix my glowworm compact 100e?

THE GREEN LIGHT STAYS ON AS IF THE HOT TAP IS BEING USED AND WHEN THE HEATING IS DUE TO COME ON WITH THE TIMER IT WILL NOT SWITCH OVER TO HEATING
