i have a white knight model cl417 w can you tell me were the thermostat is located i think also the element may be burnt as it is smooth in some parts and very rough in some also looks discoulered.
2 stats connected to back panel where element is mounted 1 on front vent hose ducting.element should be smooth.bumpy tends to be fault or hot spot on element
