how can i fix my car sterio cdr 500,astra 2001 1600,16v?

what it means by time is when you put ignition on and hold as and turn on stereo when it bleeps loose off it will display 7 safe it must now be left on until it unlock which will take about 10 minutes but you must leave ignition on and stereo or it will reset and start time again. every time a wrong code is entered it will count down from 7 safe to 6 safe and so on but the waiting time gets longer and longer.
