how can i fix my slimline ps2?.... please help :(?

hello :),

well erm.. my sony slimline ps2 (black) is about 2 and a half years old.. and its going through some problems.. one day about half a year ago it wouldnt spin any disc (cd, dvd or ps1/ps2 game) and everytime i pressed the reset button it just made a jolting sound.. so i took it to my computer wizz neighbour and he cleaned the laser.. (that im guessing reads the discs) and i took it home - it worked and it read all discs, then about 2 months after the same issue appeared, so i took it to him and got the laser cleaned.. and so on.. and now every couple of weeks the laser needs cleaning.. now i have cleaned the laser and it wont read discs no matter what now.. ..

what do i do?.. how can i fix this?..

also... about a week ago ( when i decided to read a disc ) i was playing a game.. and i died and got a tad stressed so i smashed the top of the ps2 slimline ( the disc flap thingy part.. :|..) and it pushed the spindle down.. so when i reads discs and spins them it stratches on the surface of the inside of the ps2.. however, if i put the slimline ps2 upside down.. it doesnt scratch. so i have been doing that for the past week.. and now its decided to play any discs ..

so please.. tell me how i can fix this....
