I get a lot of condensation (i think it's condensation) on the inside of my loft roof (tiles on felt). I say condensation as it seems evenly spread throughout the roof. The loft space (height) is low.
Anything in the roof for a few weeks will get spots of water. The wood all looks fine, there is one area with some small white growth on the felt at the very top in one area.
I started look at the loft as one of the bedrooms has a damp corner in the cieling / wall area which I though was a gutter problem but cannot see a problem there.
if you cheq that there are no broken tiles then its likely that you need roof vents or more installed

hi u could also fit vents round the soffit, this will help air circulate in the loft. u can do this urself u can buy soffit vents from likes of b and q and fit by simply drilling a 50mm hole and inserting the vents.

I would recommend installing some tile vents, but this may depend on the type of tile that you have or you could put in a couple of air vent ridge tiles both are quite easy to put in.
