Washer Dryer Zanussi WJD 1667w drying problem?

Hi,
Recently my tumble dryer has not been working properly.
When the cycle finishes the clothes are steaming when they come out and aren't properly dry.
The filter on the front has been cleaned and I can't see any problems with the pipes going in and out of the machine.

Any ideas?

If we put it on a manual time drying cycle it stops after a couple of minutes with an E10 fault
