Ok, I've taken a look inside this one.
You can do it from the inside making sure the power is off. First the are 4 screws holding the back cover in place. These can be tight but will unscred with a phipps +. The eliment is half-moon shape and held in by two further screws either side.
Once removed the eliment will pull out gently. The conector point are on the left hand side. The right will pull free easy but you may need to manour the elliment to pull though the left side because the wires connecting it.
Mark each wire top and bottom with a bit of masking tape then pull the connectors off. They are tight and in extream cases some people might need to get the oven out the housing to get leverage perhaps from behind.
Then it's just case of conecting the new eliment, seating it in and screwing everything up. How the hell these ovens are worth so much I'll never understand. Seems to me you could make and sell them for £200.
