Mend Double Glazed Door Handle

how can i fix my double glazed door handle?

the handle has been getting harder to lift when locking the door , now it has broken and turns full circle and the door is in the shut position. How do go about repairing this ?
Sorry i don't no the make as i can not open the door to see.
I think it is a 4 pin multi lock.
