Mend Mikomi Seconds Left Hand

How can i fix my mikomi webcam?

Ok basically, i installed my webcam and when i click to use it it shows me on the webcam for like 2 seconds, freezes and then goes black. So i try it again and it says 'webcam is not installed' even though in the left hand corner it says webcam connected.
Help me please.
i used the disk and installed correctly so there shouldnt be any problems should there,
