Mend Kenmore 19502 Machine Reverse

Kenmore 19502 sewing machine stuck in reverse?

This is a computerized machine and the problem is it only feeds backwards. It does not display any error codes, you can clear any other mode with the clear button after setting. The feed dogs only rotate in one direction which is in reverse. Its threaded correctly and is clean of lint build up in the bobbin and feed dog area. Runs smooth but only in reverse.

Hello Linda,
The mechanism may be stuck inside the machine but I would not recommend anyone opening up a computerized machine you could end up with a massive bill, it will mean a shop repair I am afraid.
