Mend Beko 767C Condenser Dryer Floor

How can I fix my 767C condenser dryer?

Found my dryer leaked water onto the floor after I had put it through a 70 min warm cycle.Clothes were not dry as usual.Have cleaned the lint filter and washed out the condenser.The water reservoir is not filling up and the clothes inside the tumbler remain hot but not dry after a lenghthy cycle.

Engineer came and confirmed need for new scavenging pump.He was to ring me when he obtained a price for new one.
However this was 3 days ago and I am unable to contact him.Are these easily available?Do you know of any place online and possibly a price for this part.

Sounds as though the scavenging pump has jammed or there is a blockage in the drain tube from the pump. You need to locate the pump-remove the mains lead first! Check the pump is not jammed then release hoses to and from the pump and check for blockages.
