how do i find the resistor for the heater 1999 ford transit ex bt?

i got a shunt at the rear of my transit, since then my heater has not worked, i have checked the fuses, supply to the switch i have also bridged the switch and still nothing, this is an ex BT 1999 ford transit, i have also treid to find the resistor and it is not under the front headlamp
