Mend Peugeot 406 Fault Problem Started

electric fault peugeut 406?

I have a problem with my peugeut 406 2 lt hdi year 2000 it started with the break lights staying on even when car turned of, then rear fog light also is staying on, now the dash instrument lights are comeing on when i break .

I located the fault myself.
1. Under the drivers footwell below the carpet is two junction boxes fault was with the upper box.
2. Was located on the floor and water was around it and caused the problem.
3. Cleaned the junction box and points.
4. Moved up of floor and oiled area.
