Mend Ford Focus Ghia 1999

problem with 1999 Ford Focus Ghia?

resently we have had a problem with the wind screen wipers and the fan for the heating system. After the car has been running for 10 minutes they both start up. We think it is a fuse problem but they operate on differant fuses.
Any answers out there.

it sounds like youv got an earth wire failing or possibly a wire cross over fault but to tell you how to find it would be very involved what you really need is a good auto electrcs man it shouldnt cost to much
