Mend Scantronic 9800 Code Alarm

scantronic 9800 tr fault code?

i have a scantronic 9800 alarm system and it has started coming up with a tr fault code which the book says is a "External bell tamper" problem. When this happens the internal and external alarm goes off and I have to reset the unit.

Can any body advise on how to fix this?
