How can i get my drivr window to come back up in the truck when the motor's?

the teeth on window regulator are probably stripped off at the completely down position......happens a lot.....remove door panel inside truck...reach in to door where window rests.be careful of finger location this works like a pair of big sissors,put up press. on btm. of window glass and tap up button switch.only tap so u dont get finger in action of window. once it begins to move take it up most of the way where u can see if gear teeth are missing. if missing the only way to fix cheap i know of is to use two part liquid steel and where teeth are gone put a small amt of liq.steel .as to make a big enough spot to stop window regulator from passing to where teeth are missing.have used a small bolt and lock washers in side last two good teeth to stop also then put liq.st. on it to make a new stop.
