Mend Ariston LSI61 Help Attempts Wash

Help! - My Ariston lsi61 has an error code!!?

My LSI 61 attempts to do a full wash, but appears to finish early and the second LED from the left (light wash) is flashing quickly. any help would be most appreciated!
