Ariston Dishwasher door seal?

how do you fit a new door seal that looks nothing like the original. Spare was purchased as the correct part for Dishwasher LS603. 3 floods and I am getting mad!

Don't have an answer for you, sorry, but water is leaking from the bottom right hand corner of the door of our Ariston LS603 dishwasher.

Have been googling, so can puchase/fit a seal myself - and chanced upon this thread. Not yet purchased the new seal though, so will be interested to hear how you get on!
