Can you fix this model?

My Keys On My Model XE-A203A don't work, the only thing that works is the paper feed, the other key button don't work and it says that there is an error(E32 000000) I need help asap. Thanx

E32 on the XE-A202 means you need to log on (assign an clerk). To do this press 1 (round grey number 1) then press CLK#. If you have a XE-A203 the display should read NOT ASSIGNED instead of E32.
