Mend Glow Worm 35ci Combi Boiler Heating Hot Water

How to fix a Glow Worm 35ci combi boiler?

The heating is working but the hot water suppy only gets luke warm. The water gets slightly hotter if I reduce the demand by partly closeing the tap therefore reducing the flow.

The problem you have on that boiler could be that its either your divertor valve not crossing over from heating to water. or it could be your heat exchanger , which is full of silt and not being able to give out the correct tempature of water to your taps.
