Mend Kenwood KDC-6080R Cd Player Repair

Please HELP fix my KDC 6080r car single cd player.(KENWOOD)?

Face-off part of system electronically connected to main body of cd player by a ribbon style (yellow/orange plastic) printed circuit track, this feeds out/in as the face turns, and it's this ribbon that has cracked !!! is it possible to buy ribbon and replace it? ? ? ? ? ?

1) You can buy a replacement on eBay

2) You can rip the inside of a dead VCR or old injet printer
Trim the ribbon so you have same number of terminals.
