how can i open my boot mercedes c250 td elegance?

Had the same problem. I made 2 leads with crocodile clips. then connected them to another battery... in my case just moved another car up to the bonnet. i connected the 2 leads. negative to the chassis and positive to a large red (+ve) cable that comes in to the bonnet left side near the shock ( 2 come in together parallel). it is covered with a plastic cover. connected and hey presto i had power when i switched on to enable me to use remote boot switch. hope this helps.

i dont know if this will help,but i had a merc with a problem opening the boot.what i did was i got a fairly big screwdriver & hammer & leathered the screwdriver into the lock untill it smashed out the boot,then i put my finger in the hole & clicked the little button thats inside there,i then opened the boot & nicked the cd multichanger out of it.it sounded great in my ford fiesta.don't know what the owner of the merc thought about it but i think he was well pleased.
