hi lochias
what i have done previously is clamp the old brake pipe with either a brake pipe clamp or mole grips and disconect from the caliper, then attach new pipe to caliper, disconect old pipe from brake line and connect new pipe, there will be a very small amount of fluid lost but no big deal..as to bleeding i always do all 4 corners to be on the safe side..

little trick for u.disconnect the end of the brake hose, fluid will start to come out, wedge the brake pedal down with a bar or hammer something like that.when u do this more fluid will come out but then it will stop coming out, leaving u free to take you time replacing the hoses without losing all the fluid.u will only need to bleed the front brakes after u finish,if u dont wedge the pedal down u will lose all the fluid & have to bleed the whole system, unless your very fast changing them.hope this helps
