Drum wont turn?

The drum wont turn. Filter clean, heat ok and all else seems fine. ??

Drum Wont Turn
Remove the top cover and look behind the drum to see if the belt has come-off /snapped from around a large wheel. If OK, the brushes in the motor may need replacing.
