my sime boiler flame goes out but the pump is stil running?

For my sime 60 problem I called in an engineer. The problem was that the system simply needed to be repressurised! I understand that systems like this lose pressure over time and repressurising is then needed. I am very thankful that the professional engineer that solved the problem also educated me about this matter for the future.

I also have a similar problem. My boiler is also about 7 years old, a sime super four. Pump is running but no flame. I have to switch it off, reset it, wait and the turn it on again. A pressure drop (cannot find the leak in the central heating system) and therefore suspect the boiler. Can anybody help or know of a boiler service company specialises in sime boilers.
