Mend Leaking Shower Head

How can i fix my leaking shower head?

The head of my electric shower has a continuous drip even when the power is switched off and all dails set to zero. How can i stop the leak is it the shower head itself or something internal?

Basically this means that the electric solenoid valve (that controls the water flow) isn't fully shutting off due to wear or maybe a small piece of debris is stuck inside. Replacement is the only real cure, I'm afraid.
