after jump starting my Ducato 1.9D the code light on dash won't go out?

it sounds like when you jump started it has courrupted the software in the code ecu
but i had a look at one the other day which had poor connections first chek the wiring by the injector pump this should be a plug with three wires in it which comes from the engine loom to a plug and then to the injector pump it is common for these wires to crack and or break near the plug also chek the two plugs tat go into the code ecu you have to take the lower steering coloum plastics off it is located on heright hand side of the steering coloum it is a square box usually geen black or yelloe and has i two multiconnector plugs in the bottom chek these connections but MAKE SURE YOU DO AQLL THE CHEKS WITH THE BATTERY DISCONNECTED
