How can I Unlock My BT Studio-1100 Cordless phone?

my bt studio-1100 cordless was working fine for a year but ever since i disconnected it for a couple of days - then when reconnecting - all seemed normal - battery was fully charged but can't hear no tone (mouth/ear piece) of any kind - it will make calls to other phones and vice versa (ringing tone)but you can't hear the person on the other end - but the other end can.I set it to default setting but no luck - has anyone any suggestions?

BT phones are not 'locked' to BT. So you need to look for another reason that is doesn't work.

Try a NEW question on what the problem is.
