How do I change my alternator in my renault clio 1995 M reg?

Remove earth cable from battery,remove cables attached to alternator, remove the bumper and headlight, 16mm spanner on belt tensioner and remove belt, tuck out of way,13mm spanner to 2no bolts one top one bottom of alternator a bit of fiddling about as bolts do not come right out, I used heavy bar to push engine over a bit on mounts, fit new one and replace the other bits, put belt on to alternator first then run belt round air con pump, this is for a clio 02 plate diesel 1.5l

it is on the drivers side of the car but it isn't sitting on top like basically every other car. the frenchies decided to put it midway depth in the engine. its the fan looking thing attatched to a belt. thats the alternator. its got three bolts holding it but you only have to undo two. the only bummer about this is you have to get under the car. but to be perfectly honest, the best thing to do is go to a scrapyard and pick up a second hand alternator (15-20 squids) then go to a garage to get it fitted. this should cost no more than 40 quid if they aren't a bunch of m*ppets. but it has to be done and you shouldn't have to change it again. p.s the alternator on my '96 clio went 3dayz ago lol!!!!!!!!!! st*pid french.
