how do i change a zone from instant to entry exit or does anyone who has a manual got the helpline phone number

You need the Engineer code to change the programming. Bit involved, but I can tell you how if you have the code. Otherwise you could wire the immediate zone you want to change, in parallel with a timed zone - often zone 1 is timed.
