Mend Hotpoint DF42X Dishwasher Fault Pump

hotpoint dishwasher df42x?

my 6 year old hotpoint ultima dishwasher, model DF42X, has started to stop on the first wash cycle on any wash program.
have had a new pump fitted. but problem now more frequant.
on electronic display ' E 20' flashing and beeb to signal fault.

Hotpoint Hotpoint DF42X Kitchen Appliances, Dishwashers Dishwasher Fault Pump

The E20 Error code suggests that the machine is not reaching temperature. I have the same problem did you find a solution?
