sounds like a pressure vessel fault. unplug from electric, remove lid and if you see a thin rubber pipe connected to a circular part with wires to it thats the pressure switch, remove tube and try blowing down it, if its difficult then trace pipe down to pressure vessel, common for these to block with powder residue. sometimes just blowing hard clears the blockage.
