Mend Armitage Shanks Started Making Load

Farty Flush?

I have an Armitage Shanks button flush loo which has started making a short load farty noise when it is flushed and starts to siphon.

It has been OK for about 4 years - how do I fix it?

I don't really want to take the whole thing to bits unless I know what needs doing

Anyone with similar problems might wish to know it was the diaphragm in the water inlet which had distorted over time. Amazing it would react as soon as the flush handle was touched!
