Mend Kenmore 11020702991 Washer Pump Drain

Water does not drain or pump out during wash cycle?

Wife put some items in washer that had pieces of carrots in them and during the wash cycle the washer stopped evidently during the drain/pumping out of water. Sounds like I've got to get at the pump intake and remove it and clean it and possibly reset it. Just is I don't know where to start.

sounds like your filter at bottom of washer is blocked, small square door at bottom of front clean filter out ,it cud be blocked
