Mend Jeep Grand Cherokee 3.1 Coolant Light Level

low coolant light on dashboard 3.1 jeep grand cherokee?

low level coolant light comes on after 10-15 secs from starting up. I've fitted new sensor unit in header tank and checked water level but still light comes on. Last time this happened a year ago it was the cylinder head gasket. had it checked again and cylinder head is ok so....... any help much appreciated
