How ca I fix my jcb js200sh excavator ?

I have a JCB Excavator js200sh full electric control,
I have a problem that., when I start it it gain 1800 rpm after few seconds (5 to 10s) it dropped ti 1420 rpm due to low power indecent on the screen and don't go to its original rpm 1800.
